Effective web design is an art, and rarely free. Many people are tempted to create their own website. At first it seems like a good idea; it isn't rocket science after all, and you can create functional pages fairly easily. For a professional user, however, the important questions to ask are "do I have time to learn all these skills?", "what is the most economical route to a professional looking site?" and "do I trust this important part of my company or organization to an amateur designer?"
As it turns out, you get what you pay for, pretty much. Having designed, developed and hosted websites for many years, we have a keen idea of the value a good website provides. Have a look at some of our sites - this will give you a fair idea of our strengths. Some sites have been "passed on" to the customer: I set it up and designed it, and then, as part of our web services, enabled companies to manage their own site after creation.
We are happy to provide sites with no frills for those who want a basic web presence. We can also scale up the features and services as far as you wish. This could include; feedback modules, galleries of images, flash animation, audio and video players, private pages, login and registration services, interactive surveys and questionnaires, designed to suit your method of working.
If none of this makes much sense to you but you'd still like to look further into setting up a website, please contact us with your questions. With over 15 years of experience teaching information technology, we understand that no answer is too obvious and no question too simple. If you already know what you want, but don't quite know how to obtain it, we'll be happy to show you the best route.
